HGP Civil is a civil construction organisation formed in 1984 and is a family owned business employing 10 staff members. We specialise in the construction of new and replacement water mains.

We have been involved in a wide range of civil projects for local council, Victorian government, State government subsidiaries to Victorian government and private contracts.
