Vin has over 36 years professional service in plumbing and civil contracting services. He established and commenced Halls Gap Plumbing in 1984 and has since then continuously run a very successful contracting business in the Wimmera Mallee.
After 13 years carrying out straight municipal plumbing commenced also carrying out Civil projects. Managing a large workforce and a fleet of equipment including excavators, front end loaders, trucks, Boring machines and welding rigs he can provide both practical build ability input to this project
